Shipping

A Pup Above purchases come with free shipping and handling.

Given the chilled nature of our products, we take great care to preserve quality and freshness throughout the shipping process.  As a result, we do not ship for weekend deliveries. 

Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesday & Wednesday with a standard 1-3 day delivery.  Note that this schedule is subject to change during holiday periods.

Please refer to your shipping notification email for tracking information related to your order.  Should frozen food arrive warm to the touch, please do not feed to your pup.  If your order did not arrive cold or frozen, please email contact@apupabove.com and we will be happy to assist you.
